Roster of PTA Officers 2008-09
PLEASE COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THIS FORM IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING YOUR ELECTIONS, even if some of your officers are serving a second term. The California State PTA will use this information to send you important summer mailers. 17th District PTA will use this information to update our District Directory, to be printed in August. The Seventeena, our district newsletter, will be mailed monthly free of charge to every Principal, President, and Treasurer.
Please note that our deadline for rosters is April 30th. However, please submit your roster to us even if the deadline has passed so that we can keep our records up-to-date!
If you do not want to submit online, a PDF form and a Microsoft Word form are available for download. If you’re in-council, you should send these directly to your council, who will forward them on to 17th District. Note that your council may have an earlier deadline for hard-copy forms in order for them to forward the forms on to us by our April 30th deadline.
NEW! All rosters submitted through this form will be automatically sent to your council president (if in-council) in addition to 17th District.
